20-year-old Reydi Nadieth Orozco Ingrans of 7th Avenue SW in Hickory was arrested Thursday, December 4 by Long View Police Officers. The charges filed against Ingrans are felony conspiracy and conspiracy to obtain property by false pretense. Ingrans is also being held on an ICE detainer. Following the arrest the suspect was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $15,000 bond. A Friday District Court date was scheduled.
