Hickory Woman Detained In Alexander County

Courtney Leigh-Ellen Canipe, age 34 of Hickory, was arrested in Alexander County on Saturday, July 20th. She is charged with larceny and is being held in the County Detention Center without bond. A Monday District Court appearance in Taylorsville is scheduled.

Canipe also has a previous charge for second-degree trespassing pending in Alexander County.
