On Sunday, Hickory Police arrested 33-year old Tineca Sharnay Ikard of Hickory and charged her with felony larceny by employee. She was also charged with felony probation violation and placedin the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $25,000. Ikard is scheduled for a court appearance on Monday in Newton.
