Wanda Lynn Spivey, age 40 of Hickory was arrested on Saturday, August 19th by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She’s charged with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Spivey has been released under a secured bond of $2,500.
