18-year-old Kamarion Rical Lamonte Jackson-Conley of 34th Street NE in Hickory was arrested Tuesday (April 7) by Hickory Police Officers. He ’s charged with statutory sex offense with a child by an adult. Jackson-Conley was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility without bond. A Wednesday (April 8) District Court date was scheduled.
