The Hickory Police Department is investigating a homicide that occurred on February 20th.
At approximately 9:57pm, Hickory Police responded to reports of an unresponsive male inside a vehicle in the parking lot of Tabernacle Kids Early Learning Center on 29th Avenue Drive NE. The victim, Mason Cole Pridemore, 22 of Hickory, was found deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
This investigation is ongoing.
