Michael Gold Austin, age 26, was taken into custody early Friday morning by Hickory Police. He’s charged with two-counts of felony breaking and entering, two counts of larceny and second-degree trespass. Austin, who lists no address, is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a bond of $15,000. A court appearance is scheduled for today.
