Mavis Lynn Seeds, age 36 of Lenoir, was arrested Sunday by Hickory Police Officers. She’s charged with hit and run with property damage, felony probation violation and felony parole violation. Seeds was placed in the Catawba County Jail with bond set at $60,000.
