Hickory Police arrested Michael Dewayne Izard, age 58, of 29th ST Pl Hickory, Tuesday morning and charged him with misdemeanor larceny and felony habitual larceny. Izard is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with bond set for $10,000. A court appearance is scheduled for today in Newton.
