Hickory Man Jailed For Charges In Three Counties

Adam Shane Haire, age 48 of Hickory, was arrested Thursday by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. He was served with a series of warrants from Alexander and neighboring counties. Haire is facing a charge of felony larceny of a motor vehicle and fraud-obtaining property by false pretense in Caldwell County. He faces counts of felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle in Catawba County along with driving with license revoked and multiple traffic related offenses. Haire has a pending charge in Alexander County for felony larceny. He is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $101,293. His next court date in Alexander County is February 7th.
