Hickory Man Facing Series Of Child-Sex Related Charges

Hickory Police charged a man early Saturday morning with a series of felony sex-offenses.

34-year old Brian Matthew Dellinger of Hickory is charged with felony attempted first-degree forcible rape, multiple counts of sexual activity by a substitute parent, multiple counts of felony statutory sex offense and indecent liberties with a child. Dellinger is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a first appearance scheduled for Monday, February 24th.
