Hickory Man Facing Felony Drug Charge In Iredell County

Iredell County Deputies arrested 31-year old Mayon Dijion Hector of Riverview Drive in Hickory on March 22nd. He’s charged with two counts of felony trafficking trafficking opium or heroin, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and carrying a concealed gun. Hector remains in the Iredell County Jail with a bond listed at $150,000. A Statesville court appearance is scheduled for Monday, April 7th.

Hector has previous charges awaiting trial from Catawba County for felony possession of cocaine and resisting a public officer. His next court date in Newton is scheduled for June 23rd.
