33-year-old Wesley Eric Wright, Jr. of Old Shelby Road in Hickory was arrested Sunday, April 12 by Catawba County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s charged with first-degree arson. Wright (pictured) was incarcerated in the Catawba County Detention Facility under no bond. A District Court appearance is scheduled for today.
