Damien Alonzo Mackins
45-year old Damien Alonzo Mackins is charged with felony habitual larceny. His case was continued to March 10th. Mackins was returned to Catawba County custody where he remains in the County Detention Center under a $10,000 secured bond awaiting trial on three counts of habitual larceny.
Mackins was released from prison in January after serving 33 months for breaking and entering with intent to terrorize or injure and assault on a female.
