Hickory Man Facing Alexander County Charges

A Hickory man has been arrested for the second time since May in Alexander County.

On Tuesday, 34-year old Kyle Lewis Icard was detained and charged with probation violation He was jailed on the same charge in May. Icard is no longer listed in custody.

Previous charges are pending against Icard in Alexander County that include felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of schedule IV controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
