Hickory Man Facing A Long List Of Charges

Justin Wayne Weaver, age 32 of Hickory was arrested Sunday by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. He faces a long list of charges that include felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felony flee to elude arrest with a motor vehicle, felony larceny of a motor vehicle, felony larceny of a dog, multiple counts of breaking and entering and misdemeanor injury to personal property.

Weaver was also served arrest warrants for failure to appear on previous charges that include felony possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with license revoked and assault on a female.

Weaver was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $44,000. A series of court dates are scheduled including today in Newton.
