On Friday, May 3rd , 30-year old Shawn Curtis Fox of Hickory was arrested in Catawba County and charged with at least seven-counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. Fox remains in the Catawba County Detention Center under a $350,000 secured bond. He’s scheduled to appear in Catawba County District Court today in Newton.
