A Hickory man was arrested Thursday and charged with possession of heroin. 25 year old Joshua Brian Price was taken into custody by Hickory Police. He was also cited for resisting a public officer and charged with some outstanding warrants for failure to appear from Caldwell County. Price was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $19,000.
