The Catawba County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year old Nevin Tremayne Hands of Hickory on Monday evening and charged him with indecent exposure. Hands is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $8,000. A Newton court appearance is scheduled for today.
