41-year-old Thomas Lavar Arnold of Hickory was arrested Saturday, September 28th by Hickory Police Officers. He’s charged with attempted second-degree forcible rape and second-degree burglary. Arnold was jailed in the Catawba County Detention Facility under $50,000 bond. A District Court Date was scheduled today.
