Hibriten Tabbed To Win NWC Football Title, Cougars Picked 3rd

Hibriten is picked to win the Northwestern Conference Football Championship by league media. The Panthers will join the league this year along with Ashe County. Defending league champ Watauga was selected 2nd, Alexander Central was picked 3rd.
