27-year-old Cedrick Martiese Hamlin of Granite Falls was arrested Tuesday by Probation and Parole Officers. He’s charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell and deliver marijuana, possession of a firearm by a felon, and manufacture/ sell/ deliver/or possess controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a park. Hamlin is also charged with probation violations and misdemeanor defrauding a drug or alcohol screening test. Hamlin was released on $76,000 secured bond. District Court appearances were scheduled for both Wednesday and Today in Lenoir.
