33-year old Brittany Leigh Ann Burks of Taylorsville was arrested on Thursday and charged her with felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of a weapon on state property. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond set at $10,000. Burks is scheduled to appear in court on Monday, August 28th in Taylorsville.
