On Wednesday, James Edward Cook, age 32 of Taylorsville, was arrested and placed in custody. He’s charged with felony breaking and entering, felony larceny after breaking and entering, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Cook is being held without bond in the Alexander County Detention Center. A Monday, March 10th District Court date is scheduled.
