A motorcycle fatality was reported Friday night in Wilkes County.
The motorcycle was headed in the wrong direction around 9:30 pm on Highway 421 when it collided head-on with a passenger car. The operator of the motorcycle died at the scene.
The wreck occurred west of the U.S. 421 interchange.
No other information has been released.
