The Wilkes County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after a man was found dead on Monday.
Deputies were called to Silver Pine Lane in North Wilkesboro Monday afternoon. Behind a residence, Deputies found a 41-year-old white male victim with unspecified injuries. Wilkes EMS responded but the man was pronounced dead.
The investigation is continuing.
