Xander Trey Clontz
On Friday March 27th, a NC Highway Patrol Trooper stopped a vehicle and cited the driver for speeding. Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to assist in a search for drugs.
18-year old Xander Trey Clontz of Linwood, NC was charged with felony possession schedule I controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule I controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling or place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell and deliver schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Clontz remains in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $100,000. He was scheduled to make an initial court appearance on Monday in Taylorsville.
