The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office is requesting the public’s help in locating the vehicle in this photo. It has been reported to have been involved in some suspicious activity in the Paul Payne Store Rd area. The vehicle is described at a blue-gray Ford Taurus with the last four tag numbers of 8515. If anyone sees this vehicle please call Sheriff’s Office Communications at 828-632-2911. Officers are increasing patrols in the area in an attempt to locate the vehicle.
