Taylorsville Couple Arrested After Traffic Stop

As the result of a traffic stop by the NC Highway Patrol and the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office, two Taylorsville residents are facing drug charges.

41-year old Sara Kathleen Foster was charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $5,000.

41-year old James Franklin Foster was charged with possession of schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released from custody with a secured bond of $1,000.
