The Cougars won their 5th straight game on Wednesday at Mooresville. Alexander Central did all their damage in the first two innings scoring twice in the first and three times in the second. Sawyer Chapman Mays went 2-4 with two runs batted in to lead the Blue and Gold. Spncer Oram got the win and Alex Sloan picked up the save. AC is 9-4. Mooresville drops to 5-7. The Cougars will head to Hibriten on Friday for a Northwestern Conference game.
