
Natasha Noel Robinette
During the stop, officers identified 41-year-old Natasha Noel Robinette of Conover and learned she had an active criminal summons. When asked to exit the vehicle, officers observed a bag of methamphetamine on the passenger-side floorboard.
A search of the vehicle revealed methamphetamine, numerous Xanax pills, marijuana, and various items of drug paraphernalia. Robinette was taken into custody and transported to the Alexander County Detention Center, where she was charged with:
• Felony Possession of Methamphetamine
• Simple Possession of Schedule IV Controlled Substance
• Possession of Marijuana
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
• Possession of Marijuana Paraphernalia
She was also served with a criminal summons for a prior larceny out of Catawba County.
After being processed at the detention center, additional methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found on her person. This resulted in an additional felony charge of Possession of a Controlled Substance on Jail Premises.
Due to the suspect already on pre-trial release, Robinette is currently held at the Alexander County Detention Center without bond. Her first court appearance is scheduled for Monday, August 11th.
