Allan Anthony Little
29-year old Allan Anthony Little is charged with murder and assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury. The charges are connected to a stabbing on Monday in a parking lot on Lenoir Rhyne Boulevard in Hickory.
The victim has been identified as 37-year old Cory Andrew Hartness.
Hickory Police say the two men were in a physical altercation that turned deadly when Little stabbed Hartness multiple times. The victim was taken to a hospital but later died of his injuries.
Little remains in jail without bond. He was granted a court appointed attorney during Tuesday’s court appearance.
