Common Law Robbery Charge Filed Against Taylorsville Woman…Updated

Susan April Silva, 42 of Taylorsville, was arrested Friday by Taylorsville Police after failing to appear on a charge of felony common law robbery. As of this morning, she remains in the County Detention Center with a secured bond of $30,000. A January 10, 2022 court date is scheduled.

The original charge was filed in October by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office.
