Claremont Woman Pleads Guilty To Felony Drug Charges

Kisha Dianne Boggs, age 38 of Claremont, entered a guilty plea last week in Iredell County Superior Court. She pleaded guilty to felony trafficking methamphetamine, and felony possession with intent to sell/deliver methamphetamine. Boggs was sentenced to serve 70 to 93 months in prison.

Boggs has a number of pending charges awaiting trial in Alexander County that include felony possession of a stolen motor vehicle, felony possession of a controlled substance on jail premises, second-degree trespass and resisting arrest. A Superior Court date in Taylorsville is listed for September 16th.

Felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II control substance charges is awaiting trial in Catawba County.
