A Claremont woman has been arrested by Claremont Police. 26-year old Abbie Katherine Setzer was charged Monday with a count of burning personal property. She is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center with a secured bond of $5,000. She is scheduled to make an initial court appearance today in Newton.
