Jacob Ryan Hartness, 21 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody on Sunday by the Taylorsville Police Department and charged with second-degree trespass and breaking and entering. He’s no longer listed in custody. Other previous charges are also pending against Hartness. They include driving with license revoked, reckless driving to endanger, driving while impaired and simple affray.
