44-year-old Phillisia Theighann Propst of Pine Ridge Drive in Taylorsville has been arrested in Catawba County on charges of driving while license revoked, felony possession of a schedule II controlled substance, operating a vehicle with no insurance, shoplifting with concealment goods, and fictitious or altered title, registration card, or tag. Propst was jailed today (August 6) in the Catawba County Detention Facility with bond set at $12,203. A Superior Court appearance on the drug charge was scheduled yesterday with District Court dates coming up on September 5 and October 15, all in Newton.
