63-year-old Roger Wayne Crouch of Fox Dairy RD in Newton was arrested Tuesday by Catawba County Sheriff’s Deputies. He’s been charged with three counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, two counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor, and one count of preparation of obscene photos. Crouch is being held in the Catawba County Detention Center under $960,000 bond.
