A Lawndale man is facing a long list of offenses following his arrest on Wednesday by the Catawba County Sheriff’s Office. 33-year old Joe Clifford Tipps Jr is charged with felony breaking and entering to terrorize or injure, felony larceny, felony first degree burglary, possession of a firearm by a felon assault on a female, cyberstalking, communicating threats, driving with license revoked and failing to secure a passenger under the age of 16. Tipps was also charged with felony probation violation and violation of his habitual felon status. He was placed in the Catawba County Detention Center with a bond set at $31,000.
