Jonathan Scott Childers, age 39 of Taylorsville, was detained on Thursday in Catawba County. He’s been charged with felony probation out-of-county. No bond amount is listed and he remains in the Catawba County Detention Facility as of earlier today. Childers is on probation as result of a 2023 conviction in Alexander County for felony possession of schedule II controlled substance.
