On Tuesday, Benjamine Lloyd Hafer, age 60 of Taylorsville, was taken into custody in Buncombe County. He was served warrants from Alexander County for larceny and indecent exposure. The charges date back to 2024. Hafer has been transferred to the Alexander County Detention Center where he’s still listed in custody. Bond is $15,000 with a February 24th court date.
