Nine candidates have filed for Taylorsville Town Council.
On Monday, Eric Bumgarner filed at the Board of Elections Office.
Bumgarner joins incumbents Kimberly Brown and Jack Simms and challengers Jonathan Coley, Harold Dagenhart, Glenn Deal, Megan Hefner Fishel, Tamara Odom and Tristan St Clair seeking one of the 4 seats on the Ballot.
Incumbent Mayor George Holleman has also filed for another term.
The filing period will continue through noon on July 21st.
