The Alexander County Fire Marshall’s Office and Alexander County Sheriff’s Office are on the scene of what is being called an explosion that happened this morning in Eastern Alexander County.
The incident was confirmed in a garage structure. Fire Marshall Mark Earle said he has yet to confirm the cause.
The victims were taken to Wake Forest University Medical Center in Winston-Salem.
