**Breaking News** Double Shooting North Of Taylorsville !

Two people were shot this afternoon at a location north of Taylorsville.

Two males suffered gunshot wounds at a location off Taylor Ridge Road. One man suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen, his injury is considered life-threatening. He was airlifted from a nearby landing-zone. The second victim was shot in an arm and walked to the ambulance.

Alexander County Sheriff Chris Bowman said that 3 people are being detained in connection with the incident.
