The Alexander County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information
On Wednesday, March 23, 2022, an autopsy was performed at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. Preliminary results have indicated that the remains located in the Hiddenite community on March 21, 2022 are of Kenneth Dale Walker, age 54 of Hiddenite. Walker was reported missing on February 24, 2022.
