A new residential-commercial project is underway in Bethlehem. The Ashley Brooke Property Group intends to construct 110-115 single family apartments on a nine acre tract off Highway 127. The parcel is adjacent to Mexico Viejo Restaurant. The project also includes a commercial entity as well. The plan is to develop the project in phases with the initial phase facing Highway 127 and including commercial space at street level and single family units above. Work began last week according to County Manager Rick French.
