Alexander County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 33-year old Brandon Scott Carter of Stony Point early Saturday morning and charged him with simple assault, assault-communicating threats, vandalism with damage to personal property and second-degree trespassing. He remains in the Alexander County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000. His court date is listed for November 12th.
