Cynthia Diane Gomez, age 44 of Taulorsville, was placed in custody on Saturday and charged with probation violation, habitual larceny, second-degree-trespassing, and served a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of assault on a government official. She is being held in the Alexander County Detention Center with a secured bond of $16,000. A court date for January 3rd is scheduled for Gomez.
