Alexander County Woman Nabbed After Attempting To Crash Vehicle Into Garage Door

A Taylorsville woman has been charged with attempting to damage property. Allegedly she attempted to drive a vehicle into a garage door at a residence located on Toyota RD.

41-year old Stacy Dawn Barnes, of Little River Church RD, was arrested Saturday morning by the Alexander County Sheriff’s Office. She’s charged with injury to real property and attempting to break and enter a building. Barnes was placed in the Alexander County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.
