An Alexander County woman was arrested Saturday morning by Longview Police on to charges of failure to appear. 43 year old Amy Raelynne Phillips of Hiddenite failed to appear on a charge of breaking and entering and another appearance for habitual larceny. Phillips was held in the Catawba County Detention Center under a secured bond of $10,000.
